After, Gaillac Nuances de Cocagne red 2005, scented, with the scents of morello cherry and spices, with well-balanced and ripe tannins, of full mouth, to uncork on a roast. Nuances de Cocagne white 2007 (50% Sauvignon and 50% Mauzac), resulting from a pellicular maceration, is a wine of beautiful robe, with the hazel nut nose. Very attractive and sharp, Nuances de Cocagne rosy 2007, resulting from a bleeding from Syrah and Duras (and a point of Merlot), scented, with connotations of rose and heather, very pleasant, round and fresh, a wine to be tasted on a rabbit pot. |
