CHINON
Founded in 1946 by René Gouron, the DOMAINE will develop with the support of his Jacky son until in the Eighties. From now on, they are the little children LAURENT and STEPHANE which vinify and market together the 28 hectares which account the family property. Classified in Appellation CHINON Contrôlée le DOMAINE GOURON is parcelled out in many pieces: argilo-limestone and argilo-siliceous, on the slopes and gravels interfered sands, in plain. This diversity of grounds made it possible to create various vintages emphasizing the expression, fruity in plain and robust on the slopes. All the year an important work is granted to the vine in order to obtain the best fruits: the requirement of one prunes short, of the enherbés grounds and of polishing direct themselves towards controlled outputs, a better concentration and the respect of our environment. Our wines are matured in the micaceous chalk cellars with ideal conditions then bottled at the property.
Excellent Chinon La Croix Boisée 2005, with the raspberry nose, combining powerfull and suppleness in mouth, robust, complex, very rich. Beautiful Chinon cuvée Vieilles Vignes, resulting from grounds argilo-limestones and argilo-siliceous (45 year old vines and more, long fermenting and maturing 12 months out of barrels of oak), fleshy, all in aromatic nuances, of robe vivid, with the nose complexes where the black cherry and the spices prevail, of excellent guard. Tasty Chinon 2007, a wine robust and rich color as out of matter, with the subtle stone-fruit nose, of full mouth, full and velvety, of a beautiful structure.

MUSCADET
Château du Coing de Saint-Fiacre is located at the confluence of Sèvre and Maine. The property includes 42 ha of vines on exposed slopes of 14% full south. It is a historical property of the Nantes vineyard it existed in the Middle Ages, it was altered at the 18th century in 1756 then with 19th in 1810. The outhouses built into 1810 are of pure style Italian (known as clissonnais) with génoises and very typical windows géminées of the Nantes vineyard.
Château du Coing was particularly invested in the installation of the communal vintages, in particular Monnières - Saint-Fiacre and Gorges. These wines correspond to precise specifications with a control in June of the INAO in the vines so that the yield does not exceed by 45 hl/ha. The wine is subjected to two tastings before having the possibility of putting it on the market, the wine must also to stay at least two years on its lees. in the case of Château du Coing de Saint-Fiacre 2004 and 2005, the wine stayed five years on its lees. The work of the ground and this communal method of wine making “believed” gave its noble letters to the appellation Muscadet Sèvre and Maine. The Castle innovated, in 2009 with a wine making in late grape harvest called “Audace of Coing”. The grapes are gathered the grapes in on-maturity with the hand, one obtains a sweet wine with honey savor with a residual sugar of 50 G/liter.
Vintage 2008: the vineyard underwent freezing, the yields were of 30 hl/ha on average. The wines have aromas concentrated with a beautiful minerality.
Vintage 2009: very floral with a beautiful balance and a length in mouth. The yield was of 50 hl/ha. The vine suffered a little from the lack of water during the summer. Very homogeneous vintage in quality for the various vintages.
Vintage 2010: this vintage is one vintage exceptional, the wines are full, full with a very beautiful structure, an yield of 50 hl/ha. One of best the vintage of the decade.

SAINT-NICOLAS-DE-BOURGUEIL
Clos du Vigneau is a family estate located in Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. Six generations of Jamet winemakers have been here since 1820. The soils are composed of sand and pebbles called ³graviers², a type of soil which very quickly heats up and makes for supple, light, fruity wines. The 22 hectares of vines are of the Cabernet Franc variety. The average yield is intentionally limited to 55 hectolitres per hectare, so as to improve the intrinsic quality of the wines. Manual harvesting methods allow the grapes to be picked quickly and at optimum ripeness. Fermentation is carried out in modern, temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, offering a guarantee of irreproachable hygiene. The wine stays there for 3 to 5 months, then goes down to the cellar, where it matures at its own speed in wooden casks providing perfect oxygenation. The wines have a fine, brilliant ruby-red colour, the aromas of raspberry are subtle and complex, the wines elegant and supple, harmonious and perfectly balanced. These are clean, honest wines with good ageing potential.

SAUMUR
The vineyard of 26 hectares has belonged to the same family for 4 generations. The respect of the vine and the soil is very important here, hence the practice of reasonable growing methods.
The Cuvée Christine is a special wine produced only in years when the quality of the base wines is very high. It is made with grapes chosen after strict sorting of the harvest. They are vinified separately before making a subtle blend of the Chenin and Chardonnay varieties. This limited-edition Cuvée represents all the skills of Château de Beauregard and offers exceptional value for money. The Cuvée Christine is sold only by a few wine merchants and is subject to yearly reservation. Another excellent Saumur Red with notes of blackberry and a good structure. It is ageing well.

VOUVRAY
Beautiful property of the XVIIIème century for the oldest part. The winegrowing is a field with vines, an orchard, a garden and trees centenaries, located at the top of the village of Vouvray. The property is in the middle of the vines, which is also a scarcity on the appellation, since the majority of the other wine growers are installed close to their cellars located in the valleys dug in micaceous chalk.” On the whole, the vineyard counts a little more than 16,72 ha of vines of 30 years Middle Age, the grape harvest is manual for the still wines, and the reasoned fight is practiced. The buried wine storehouse was built in 2008 to store the Traditional Method near the Clos. Superb Vouvray cuvée Marcus 2006, very attractive, rich in bouquet, with the notes of dry fruits and small flowers, with nuances of fresh peach in mouth, a tasty wine and charmer, to open on a plate miller. The 2005 are marked by its freshness in mouth and its aromatic persistence, with the intense nose, a wine floral, unctuous, of a nice complexity of aromas, to discover with aperitif, on a dessert as on a white sauce meat. The Vouvray moelleux 2005, gold medal with the competition of the Vins de la Région Center, cordial, delicate and powerful at the same time, with the nuances of crystallized apricot and fresh brioche, is a really tasty wine. Vouvray medium dry wine 2005 is unctuous, of a great classicism, very quite well-balanced, a wine where the fresh fruits and the brioche intermingle, of a beautiful persistence, of harmonious mouth, full and typified. The Vouvray Grande Réserve 2003, suave and persistent, with the complex floral notes (pink, acacia…), very well-balanced, melted in mouth, of very beautiful guard. Their Touraine rosé cuvée Pauline Méthode Traditionnelle demi-sec, all in aromatic persistence, with subtle nuances of pink and honeysuckle, is a vintage sharp and delicate as it should be stops of it, frank and suave, very quite well-balanced like this Vouvray Méthode Traditional medium dry wine, with the notes of fruits fresh and acacia, of delicate and abundant foam, perfect on the desserts with the fruits. The Vouvray Méthode Traditionnelle brut, silver medal Mâcon 2008. Rooms of hosts likeable, roomy and of great comfort, which is quite pleasant in the middle of the vineyard.

TOURAINE
They have been vine-growers for three generations; the great-grandfather, Albert Denis, set up the Domaine de la Renaudie in 1928. Since 1982, Bruno Denis has been running the estate. He is a perfectionist, thoroughly committed to his profession, and since he started making the wines, they have progressed steadily in quality. His wife, Patricia Denis, is a trained oenologist, but mainly deals with sales. The age of the vines (35 years on average) and the poor, shallow soils result in wines for laying down. The winery is a complex of buildings, each with its own specific role in the various stages of winemaking. The main, recently-built vinification winery is set apart and is equipped with stainless-steel vats and all the equipment required to turn grapes into wine and to control temperatures. The storage and ageing cellar has a capacity of 120,000 bottles and is also used to prepare orders, while a former cellar, which has been turned into a client reception, can hold up to 50 people.
Several wines are most successful, such as the very fruity Touraine-les-Guinetières, the Touraine-Cabernet, a colourful, rich wine with silky tannins, aromas of raspberry and underwood, and the Tradition, rich and aromatic, with a powerful, lasting nose in which red fruit and spices stand out, a round, well-structured wine which is mellow in the mouth and which has excellent ageing capacity. The Touraine white, very typical of the Sauvignon, is fresh and fruity with characteristic notes of lime and dried fruit, combining roundness and aromatic freshness in the mouth - as does the rosé, Perle de Rosée.

SAUMUR-CHAMPIGNY
Managed by the Duveau family for several generations, the vineyard of Domaine de la Guilloterie today covers 50 hectares. Set to the south of the Loire and on the banks of its tributary the Thouet, this area benefits from weather conditions that are particularly favourable to vine-growing. On this clay-limestone soil, the vine-varieties flourish, giving expressive, characterful, distinctive wines.
Domaine de la Guilloterie produces an excellent Saumur white, made exclusively with the Chenin variety. It is fresh, with highly distinctive, flattering aromas. The Saumur red is supple and very aromatic, with good body enabling a short ageing period. The Saumur Champigny is very harmonious and distinctive, with lasting aromas of red fruit - a complex, elegant wine. The Saumur Mousseux brut and the Crémant de Loire both have fine bubbles and are made according to traditional methods. They are most pleasant when drunk chilled.

POUILLY-FUME
A family estate of 21 hectares, including some parcels of vines of more than 80 years old, run by two sons, Gérard and Bernard, who combine traditional practices with the modern techniques they have learned in legendary wine-growing areas: Beaune, Macon and Bordeaux. The estate is planted on the best hillsides overlooking the Loire, with very representative soils of the region: hard limestone, flinty clay, sandy terraces and Kimmeridgian marl, with each type of soil contributing its own qualities and creating a wine which has very particular characteristics on a terroir which does not. Their Pouilly-Fumé Cuvée Silex is quite superb, combining complexity and finesse, with a subtle nose of notes of honey, flowers and spices. The mouth is very marked by the soils, giving it a mineral taste and great freshness. It is a racy, very well-balanced, powerful, ample wine with very good development. The Pouilly-Fumé Coteau des Girarmes is remarkable, with notes of fresh fruit and lime-tree, a fleshy, aromatic wine which is ample, fruity and lasting in the mouth.
A member of the Individual Wineries Federation.

SAVENNIERES
The domaine Aux Moines is located with La Roche aux Moines, surface of 8 ha in Chenin and 0.80 ha in Cabernet for our Anjou village. The Middle Ages with the revolution this winegrowing wine belonged to the monks of de Saint-Nicolas d’Angers, then resold like national good. He knew various owners of which Mr. Benz of the cars in 1926. We are not owners since 1981, it then did not count any more but 4 ha of vines. We brought the piece which we had on La Roche aux Moines and we acquired gradually other pieces always located with the La Roche aux Moines. Dice 1982 we planted certain pieces, by keeping the old vines, and we always practiced a culture reasoned by enherbant all the rows of vine. We renovated the wine storehouse by equipping it with thermobabbited tanks stainless. The park with barrels of 400 liters is renewed every year, but our objective is more to emphasize the schistous soil and the fruit of Chenin that wood. It is Tessa, my daughter, oenologist, who only vinifies at the cellar in the continuity of the house spirit: a true wine with the female one. Savennières 2006, with the subtle nose, of a beautiful aromatic persistence, with prevailing of fresh fruits (apricot) and almond, is a wine of a beautiful persistence finally.
